在留外国人間の婚姻届

　在留している外国人（インド人男性とフィリピン女性）の婚姻届を提出する相談がありました。　フィリピン女性は、日本人男性と離婚をしており、日本で離婚届けが提出され受理されており、離婚が成立しております。　　しかし、フィリピンにおいては、離婚承認裁判の手続きは未だ済ませておりません。　

この状況で、婚姻届を提出するための添付書類は、下記の通りです。

1．インド人男性の婚姻具備証明書　翻訳文添付

2.　フィリピン女性の出生証明書　翻訳文添付

3.　フィリピン女性の前婚婚姻証明書　翻訳文添付

4.　フィリピン女性の婚姻具備証明書が添付できない陳述書

5．フィリピン女性の除籍謄本

6．二人のパスポート

7.　二人の在留カード
